An experienced salesperson with an entrepreneurial spirit and a background in the hospitality industry, Jason brings his dedicated resourcefulness, unique creativity, and charismatic personality to his role as an agent.
Beginning his real estate industry experience, Jason purchased his first income property just months after graduating from Tuskegee University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. From there, Jason rolled his keen sense of real estate into seeking out unique properties, thoughtfully renovating them, and selling them for smart profits - driving his decision to become an agent.
Alongside these real estate endeavours, Jason owned and operated a restaurant and held occupations as an educator. It was within these service-oriented and leadership roles that Jason was able to let his self-starting attitude and robust work ethic shine through, while honing his communication and networking skills. Ultimately allowing him to develop trusted connections while garnering a robust contact system.
Prior to his role as an agent, Jason oversaw sales for one of North America’s largest beverage corporations, Pepsi Bottling Group. Renowned in this role as the go-to person for troubleshooting and figuring out tricky situations, Jason thrives off solving problems and achieving positive results. Trusted and respected in his dealings, Jason prides himself on being as transparent and honest as possible, allowing his clients to be confident, informed, and supported in their decisions.
Carrying his immense skill set and experience into his role as an agent, Jason specializes in Los Angeles’ competitive market with a focus on the residential areas of the famed South Bay. From researching off-market properties, to investigating expired listings, and conducting individualized outreach to potential buyers, Jason ensures that no opportunity goes missed for his clients.
Now aligned with Compass, Jason plans on continuing to build upon his successful trajectory and leverage new tools, services, and support systems to elevate his client’s real estate experiences even further.
Outside of real estate, Jason enjoys spending his free time taking memorable trips with his three children. A Los Angeles native, Jason can also be found epitomizing the active Southern California lifestyle, regularly hiking, biking, jogging, swimming, and playing a round of golf.
